1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and cc333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on cc333. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, are a violation of these Terms. cc333 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, close the secondary account, and in cases where the duplication was used to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent limits, to void all related winnings and close both accounts permanently.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Any material inaccuracy in your registration information — especially regarding age or identity — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of outstanding balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. cc333 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for additional account security. You must notify cc333 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. cc333 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. 4 Deposits and Payments

Attempting to use the cc333 platform to launder money or to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must have completed cc333's KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests withheld until verification is complete. Withdrawals are only processed back to the same payment method and account from which the original deposit was made, as an anti-money laundering safeguard.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on cc333 are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific conditions published with each promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

• Providing false information during registration to obtain a bonus

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

cc333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes seasonal promotions such as those offered during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. 7 Game Rules and Betting

8 Prohibited Conduct
